Enchanting Edinburgh, Scotland

Autumn Aquarius Edinburgh-8

If there is one place in the world that I wish I could have spent more time in, it’s the enchanting city of Edinburgh, Scotland. The second I stepped off the train at Waverley Station, I felt at home and fell head-over-heels in love with the city.

Though Scotland isn’t known for having the warmest weather, it is known for having the warmest people. Scots are some of the most helpful people I have ever met, and also the funniest and most real. It was easy to strike up a convo with many people there, and it’s true: the Scots are some of the best storytellers in the world.

The bustle of the Royal Mile, the melodious sound of the bagpipe, the distinctive Scots accent, and the alluring taste of real Scotch Whisky holds a firm grip on my heart.

I hope that sooner rather than later, my favorite travel partner and I  will travel there again one day and see more of Edinburgh and the amazing country of Scotland. I’ll be sure to avoid aimlessly wandering alone into any mysterious standing stones though. Maybe…. ;-P Check out our YouTube video for more Edinburgh footage here .
